Please remember (before you open the box of cake mix that you just bought at the store for full price because it's the only kind Ashlyn wants and you never have any) that FunFetti cake mix is just white cake mix with sprinkles.

You know - white cake mix. The kind you have sitting downstairs collecting dust from your couponing adventures and free from the Bishop's Storehouse in cans. And sprinkles - like the kind in your cupboard that Kim's mom gave you as part of your wedding gift and like the ones you inherited some from your mom when you moved out. WHITE CAKE MIX AND SPRINKLES, WOMAN!!! IT'S NOTHING SPECIAL!!!

Zucchini

Hi there! I'm starting to wonder what to do with all the zucchini we're harvesting from the garden and I'm sure I'm not the only one!

PYP (pinchinyourpennies.com) had a couple of forums devoted to squash (with lots of zucchini) recipes where people were posting their faves so I cut and pasted them into a document to print off and add to my recipe collection!

Since I've already compiled them I thought I'd share with any of you who might be interested!
